De Milgauss is gebouwd voor mensen die bij magnetische velden werken: een binnenkast van zacht ijzer houdt het uurwerk beschermd tot 1.000 gauss. Referentie 116400GV heeft het groen getinte saffierglas — de GV staat voor “glace verte” — en de oranje bliksemsecondewijzer. Blauwe wijzerplaat met oranje accenten en de bliksemvormige secondewijzer die de Milgauss zijn karakter geeft.

Kast van 40 mm Oystersteel met kaliber 3131 en ongeveer 48 uur gangreserve, waterdicht tot 100 meter. Rolex haalde de Milgauss in 2023 uit het programma.

Dit exemplaar is ongedragen en wordt geleverd als full set: doos, papieren en garantiekaart. Bouwjaar 2022, referentie 116400GV. Met Rolex-garantie. Ook de Milgauss is uit productie; het groene glas maakt deze GV-uitvoering de meest gezochte.
