Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often about buying, payment, shipping and selling your watch. Is your question not listed? Feel free to send us a WhatsApp message.
Buying
Are your watches 100% authentic?
Yes. We check every watch for authenticity and craftsmanship before it is offered for sale. You receive documentation of authenticity on delivery.
What does full set mean?
Full set means the watch is complete: the watch itself, the original box, the papers and the warranty card. For each watch we state exactly what is included.
Can I view the watch first?
Yes. By appointment you are welcome at our location in Almere. We take our time, so you can try on and compare the watch.
How quickly can I receive a watch?
Watches in stock can often be delivered within a few days. If you request a specific model, it is usually available within about a week.
Can I request a model that is not on the website?
Yes. Send us the model and preferably the reference number via WhatsApp. Through our network we can source most models.
Why do some watches have no price?
Those watches show Price on request. The market price of scarce models moves quickly, so we provide it on request.
Payment and warranty
How can I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer. You always receive an invoice. We do not accept cash payments.
Is VAT shown on the invoice?
We sell under the Dutch margin scheme for second-hand goods. As a result, no separate VAT amount is shown on the invoice and VAT cannot be reclaimed.
Is there a warranty?
For watches with a valid Rolex warranty card, the manufacturer's warranty simply continues. In addition, our general terms and conditions apply, including article 9 on conformity and warranty.
Can I return a purchase?
If you buy at a distance, as a consumer you have the right of withdrawal as described in article 6 of our general terms and conditions. In that case, please contact us first.
Shipping
Do you ship throughout the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship insured throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipment is covered until the watch is with you.
Can I collect the watch?
Yes, by appointment at our location in Almere. That way you can check the watch yourself before you pay.
Selling and trading in
How do I sell my watch to you?
Send photos, the reference number and the serial number via WhatsApp or the form. You will usually receive an offer the same day. You then visit us or send the watch by insured shipping.
Which brands do you buy?
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier and Omega. You can also offer your watch without box and papers.
When will I receive my money?
Shortly after inspection and signing the purchase declaration, by bank transfer. The amount is usually ready the same day.
Why do I have to show my ID?
As a dealer in second-hand goods we are legally required to register every purchase. This protects both you and us against trade in stolen watches.
Can I trade in my watch?
Yes. We offset the value of your watch against another watch from our collection. This is often more advantageous than selling separately and buying again.
