De Datejust 41 referentie 126331 is de Everose-uitvoering: Oystersteel gecombineerd met 18-karaats Everose-goud, het roségoud dat Rolex zelf giet en dat daardoor niet verkleurt. Warmer dan staal, ingetogener dan geelgoud. De wijzerplaat is chocoladebruin — een kleur die Rolex spaarzaam gebruikt en die in de praktijk per lichtval verschuift van warm bruin naar bijna zwart.

De kast meet 41 mm en herbergt kaliber 3235, goed voor circa 70 uur gangreserve. Geribbelde Everose-lunette, cycloopvenster boven de datum en waterdicht tot 100 meter.
