De Datejust 31 is het middenformaat: kleiner dan de 36, groter dan de Lady-Datejust van 28 mm. Referentie 278273 is de uitvoering in geel Rolesor — Oystersteel met een geribbelde lunette en bandschakels in 18-karaats geelgoud. Dit exemplaar heeft de groene wijzerplaat met tien diamanten uurmarkeringen, gezet door Rolex zelf. Groen met goud maakt Rolex maar in kleine aantallen.

Binnenin loopt kaliber 2236 met de Syloxi-spiraal van siliciumoxide, ontwikkeld voor extra schokbestendigheid. Ongeveer 55 uur gangreserve, waterdicht tot 100 meter, op de vijfdelige Jubilee-band.

Dit exemplaar is ongedragen en wordt geleverd als full set: doos, papieren en garantiekaart. Bouwjaar oktober 2024, referentie 278273. De Rolex-garantie loopt nog.
